Michael Formica is the chief legal strategist at NPPC. While it's hopeful that the U.S. Supreme Court will have a decision on the Prop 12 case by this time, Formica will outline next steps even if a decision hasn't been rendered. He will also discuss the Massachusetts Question 3 situation.
